iPerform Theater Launches 2015 Season

iPerform Theater launched its 2015 neighborhood theater season with a workshop at Northwest Como Rec Center. After a week-long workshop the children performed for their parents the skills developed at the workshop. Parents were visibly thrilled to see their children perform with confidence.

The regular theater camp begins June 29 to July 30, 2015 and is open to children and teens ages 5-14. It will be held at North Dale Recreation Center. The show features an original script written by former Roseville Area High School student Zach Schroeder. Older teens can play a role as team leaders and production assistants.

iPerform Theatre Company, LLP is owned by recent RAHS graduates Cristina Corrie and Molly Raths and debuts its 6th year of performance and their successful work with neighborhood kids was featured in the Pioneer Press and other publications. This youth run business has a social focus to develop talent, self-confidence and leadership in youth.

“The kids are always excited to attend rehearsals last summer and loved their experience,” said Heather Norton-Bower, a parent.

This year’s new innovation is the training of young actors to take leadership roles in the production of the show.
